After several weeks of installation and commissioning by company staff and equipment manufacturer technicians, our new gantry grinding machine was officially put into production on November 28, 2018, ending the history of outsourcing CNC center casting processing. This high-priced equipment imported from Taiwan features high processing efficiency, suitability for large-sized complex structural workpieces, and superior processing accuracy. It not only meets the processing requirements of various CNC centers from 400 to 1580 types but also provides external processing services in the future.
Recently, our CNC machining center products obtained CE certification issued by an EU notified body, confirming compliance with EU machinery directives and electromagnetic compatibility directives. This certification demonstrates professional recognition of our product quality and facilitates further expansion into EU and other international markets.
Our V1160 CNC machining center exported to Indonesia, equipped with Fanuc 0i-MF control system, 12,000 RPM Taiwan Royal precision spindle, and 4th-axis rotary table, underwent a pre-shipment cutting test last Friday. The test program provided directly by the customer was successfully executed by our staff, with the finished workpiece achieving perfect surface and dimensional accuracy, earning high customer recognition.
Since July, our staff has overcome the inconvenience of high temperatures and achieved record-breaking production and sales, shipping 42 sets of various CNC machining centers.
